Allyse Ide, MS, TLLP. Female Psychotherapist.

Allyse is a Masters-Level Psychologist, currently practicing under a Temporary Limited License Psychologist (TLLP) licensure. Allyse’s licensure is expected to change to Limited License Psychologist (LLP) after passing the licensing exam in Summer ’24.

Allyse is a proud mother and wife. Her favorite way to spend free-time is by having quality time with her family and loved ones, whether that is with a home-cooked meal, a day-trip nearby, playing board games, taking a walk, or going grocery shopping together. She also enjoys crafting, going to the dog park, and doing crosswords.

Allyse has been at the DCMHC practice, formerly known as Family Therapy and Development Centers, Inc. and Neuro-Psychology Consultants, since 2012. She has held a variety of positions at DCMHC/FTDC, including reception, billing and accounts receivable, program development and outreach, assessment administration, and psychotherapy.

She has an integrated approach to psychotherapy, with a particular focus on utilizing the techniques of Neuroscience-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (N-CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She specializes in the treatment of adults; however, she finds that teenagers are often receptive to her CBT techniques as well. She frequently treats concerns related to change of life circumstances (e.g., separation from partner, disability status), anxiety, stress management, and self-esteem/self-worth. For marriage and couples counseling, Allyse focuses on communication techniques for improving conflict resolution, empathy, and major life adjustments.
