Meet Nycole:

Mother to two bold, beautiful children. Wife to a wonderfully neuro-spicy husband. Avid plant lover and believer in growth; inside and out.

Being a therapist isn’t just my career, it’s who I am. I’m deeply drawn to people who are ready to look inward, get honest, and do the hard, healing work of change. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. They’ve carried trauma, ADHD, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism for so long that it feels like part of who they are.

Together, we slow things down. We look at what’s really happening beneath the overwhelm, whether it’s reactivity, shame, anxiety, or burnout- and we start rebuilding from there. My work focuses on helping you reconnect to your body, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover the parts of you that got lost in survival mode.

Therapy with me isn’t passive. You’ll be challenged with compassion, supported in accountability, and encouraged to make small but meaningful shifts that align with the life you want to live.

Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to yourself. As Abraham Maslow said, “One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.” If you’re ready to choose growth, to understand your mind, your emotions, and your patterns with clarity and compassion- let’s start the work together.
