Individual therapy sessions are between a mental health therapist and you. This is your time, and your safe space, to express your emotions and be your genuine self.

Throughout a person’s life, it is natural to experience internal and external difficulties on occasion. Whether it is a change of life circumstance, an interpersonal conflict, an existential crisis, or a diagnosed mental illness, everyone can benefit from sitting with a licensed, professional counselor or psychologist to sort things out and heal. We are here to comfort and support you, guide you as you interpret your thoughts and feelings, teach you skills to add to your toolbelt of wellness, and help you discover your path.

As a practice, our goal is to provide you with quality counseling that is tailored to your needs. Our diverse group of professionals are experienced in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Family Systems Therapy.

Your sessions can be in-office or over a HIPAA-Compliant virtual setting. Please click here for information about accessing your provider’s Telehealth website. If you do not see your provider listed, or have other questions, please call our front desk.

An Adult Information Packet can be found on the Forms and Documents page. This packet has information regarding confidentiality, consent for services, finance and billing, etc. If you have any questions about what you read in the packet, please feel free to reach out via email, phone, or the Contact Us page of our website.
