Kelsey is a Limited Licensed Practicing Counselor (LLPC). She graduated with a master’s degree from Andrews University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology.
Kelsey uses an integrated approach to therapy with focus on person-centered therapy modalities. She has worked with individual who struggle with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety and substance use disorders during her internship and previous work. Patient understanding and coordination of care are central to her approach to therapy.
Kelsey is a first-generation Cuban-American and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Cultural inclusion in therapy is one of the focuses she is passionate about.
