Directions to Our Main Office in Saint Joseph, MI
Lot is in front of a 4-story yellowish brick building with some Century 21 signage, and a shorter building with Court Place signage.
For our St. Joseph office, sometimes GPS takes people a round-about, strange way to our building (which is why we give the address 800 Broad Street for GPS purposes). We apologize for the confusion. Below are some directions that may help, and please call our front desk (269) 982-3832 for assistance. We guide people with directions all the time!
If driving North (from I-94 Exit 27, or Stevensville area): Head towards downtown St. Joseph by going North on Niles Avenue, Lakeshore Drive, or Main Street. Turn Right on Broad Street. (Landmarks: United Federal Credit Union is on the corner of Broad Street and Main Street, and if you go past the Gas Station on your Left you’ve driven too far.) Turn Left into the All Day parking lot.
If driving South (from M-63): Continue on M-63 over the bridge to downtown Saint Joseph, then turn Left on Broad Street. (Landmarks: United Federal Credit Union is on the Left corner of Broad Street and Main Street, and if you leave downtown and get to the fork of Niles and Main Street, you’ve driven too far.) After turning Left on Broad Street, turn Left into the All Day parking lot.
After parking in the Broad Street Parking Lot, you will walk in between the tall 4-story building and the shorter building, along the sidewalk, towards the white sailboat structure. There are doors on the West side (left side, if you’re in the parking lot) of the 4-story building. Enter those doors and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. (If you are uncomfortable in elevators, please call our front desk and we will work something out.) The elevator will drop you off right outside our office: Suite 201.

Unfortunately, this building’s office space is accessible by stairs only.

Continue down the hallway to Suite 270. At this time, this office space does not have its own lobby or front desk staff to greet you. If Nycole’s Suite 270 door is closed, there is a chair in the hallway to sit and wait. Nycole will be with you soon.
