emotionally, and spiritually. Understanding that our bodies hold our stress, trauma, anxiety,
and depression. Learning how to listen to our bodies, find healing, balance, and a positive
mindset—meeting clients where they are and providing a safe space to share feelings,
emotions, concerns, and thoughts about where they are in life.

issues, women’s issues, conflict resolution, grief and loss, and communication skills.
